About Me
Kathi began working in real estate in 1997 in New Smyrna Beach as administrative staff and obtained her real estate license in 2004.
In 2006 Kathi relocated to the Gainesville area. She spent a year in an administrative position, acclimating to the market and surrounding communities. In 2007 she launched her real estate career in this area. In December 2009 she joined Coldwell Banker M. M. Parrish Realtors and in 2011 she returned to administrative work as the office manager while continuing to work with past customers and referrals.
